DYNAFLEX™ COATING

For Water/UV-based Inks used in Flexographic Printing

The DynaFlex™ Coating is an advanced chemistry engineered specifically to coat Anilox rolls. The system’s unique, monomolecular coating result in rolls that improve printing and require less cleaning. No special equipment is required. The DynaFlex™ Coating is effective in narrow, medium and wide web applications for printers using water, or UV based inks.  All you require is cleaning processes that finishes with a clean Anilox roller and then apply DynaFlex™ Coating.  You do not need to change any of your existing cleaning procedures.

OPERATING RECOMMENDATIONS: Anilox roll Must be clean and dry !!** Spray parameters While rotating, spray /  saturate the Anilox roll with DynaFlex™ Coating making sure all the surfaces anilox cells are coated. Removal After using your in-house anilox system cleaners the DynaFlex™ Coating will need to be re-applied. Dry Wipe dry with a clean towel or rag  **For use only on new or thoroughly cleaned Anilox rolls**	HEALTH & SAFETY: Safety goggles and impervious gloves should be worn when handling any industrial chemical, including DynaFlex™ Coating.  Please consult the MSDS before use or disposal.   AVAILABILITY: DynaFlex™ Coating is available in 1 quart containers.  This product is available from our Indianapolis manufacturing facility and may also be available from the following locations:  United Kingdom, Taiwan, and Singapore.
